Training: Assessment Institute Conference
Each year the Office of Planning and Institutional Improvement hosts a national institute with the purpase of enabling participants to:
- promotes awareness of current issues and perspectives on the assessment of quality in higher education world-wide;
- provides presentations by the leading exponents of a variety of perspectives in a limited-enrollment environment designed to promote cross-cultural discussion and interaction.

Project Evaluation Assessment Services
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Institutional Improvement and its and Testing Center can provide faculty and staff with consulting services or professional including assistance in designing and/or conducting evaluations of instructional and curricular projects, university/federal/corporate funded contract and grant projects. As evaluation consultants, PAII staff offer campus constituencies short-term, focused evaluation support or technical assistance in developing appropriate evaluation plans for collecting both qualitative and quantitative data for program evaluation on assessment.

Student, Staff and Faculty Surveys:
The IMIR professional staff provides free assessment survey consulting to IUPUI faculty and staff.
Psychometric Statistical Consulting Services
As part of the Testing Center´s mission to provide the campus community with psychometric/statistical/evaluation consulting services, Testing Center staff offer interested faculty/staff members with individualized technical assistance in the areas of test development, outcomes assessment, instrumentation, data analysis, and program evaluation.
Faculty & Staff Development Workshops on Student Outcomes Assessment
A list of staff development workshops conducted on a variety of topics (e.g., test construction, assessment of student progress, classroom assessment, methods for detecting student plagiarism, etc.) designed to help interested faculty, staff, and students with their work on outcomes assessment.
Test Security Issues & Development of Assessment Tools
This is a "placeholder" for sharing online resources and related information addressing test security issues and development of Web-based assessment tools (e.g., OnlineSET application).
