Online registration is closed, however we will be accepting registrations via fax through Sunday, October 18; after that you will need to register and pay in full on site. If you wish to register by October 18, please complete the Registration Form and fax it to Paul Horngren at 765-494-0567.

There will be a service fee of $15 for all cancellations made prior to October 12, 2009. There will be no refunds of any kind after October 12, 2009.
Individual: $275.00 ea. (October 26-27, 2009) Speaker: $275.00 ea. (October 26-27, 2009) Group:
$265.00 per person (October 26-27, 2009)
Group price is per person for three or more from the same organization registering together. Please complete a registration form for each person in the group and designate a group leader below. All forms and payments must be returned together in order to qualify for group rate.One Day Rate: $150 for Monday, October 26 or $150 for Tuesday, October 27 Institute Luncheon: $25.00 ea. (October 26, 2009)
Optional Pre-Institute Workshops and Fees:
Pre-Institute workshops are optional in-depth sessions offered on Sunday, October 25, 2009 for an additional fee. If you plan to attend a Pre-Institute workshop, refer to the list of descriptions as you make your selections when registering.

The Westin Indianapolis (Institute Site) - Rooms are reserved at The Westin Indianapolis, 50 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The number of Institute rooms is limited. Reservations can be made online by clicking here or by calling 1-317-262-8100, or through the Westin Central Reservation Offices at 1-800-937-8461. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the 2009 Assessment Institute to be eligible to receive the conference rate. The hotel deadline to obtain these rates is September 25, 2009.
The Westin Indianapolis Room Rates:
Single Occupancy: $135 + 17% tax Double Occupancy: $135 + 17% tax Triple Occupancy: $155 + 17% tax Quad Occupancy: $155 + 17% tax
Early Hotel Departure Fee:
There will be an early departure fee of one night's room and tax in the event that you check out prior to your reserved check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Self Park: (24 hours, no in-and-out privileges) - In underground garage, which can be accessed from Washington St.

The Westin Internet Options:
Offers hi-speed wired and wireless internet options:
- Hi-speed Wired Internet Access is available in your guest rooms at a cost from check-in until noon the following day.
- Wireless Internet Access is available at no-charge in the lobbies of the hotel. Note their system can only handle about 100 people at a time, so there is no guarantee that access will be available.

An overflow block of rooms is also being held at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Center and the Hilton Garden Inn.
